Jade Moon Wines
We are a small, family-owned, artisan winery producing between 300 - 500 cases per year. Our first vintage, 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon, won a Gold Medal at the Central Coast Wine Competition. St. Eva Hill Vineyard
St. Eva Hill Vineyard is a small boutique property in the Paso Robles AVA. Our vineyard is taken care of mainly by humans! We hand-prune, remove suckers by hand, keep the rows free from pests and weeds, and hand-pick our harvest. The end result is a lower quantity with a higher quality yield of fruit. We grow Bordeaux and Rhone varietals of Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Primitivo, Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Petite Verdot. Tablas Creek Vineyard follows the centuries-old Châteauneuf-du-Pape tradition of blending, to produce wines that balance richness and elegance, while ensuring complexity, freshness, and minerality. Winemaking techniques, including dry farming, native yeast fermentation, and the use of large, neutral French oak foudres for aging allow our wines to reflect authentically the grapes, place and vintage from which they come.
